I started Jam Rooms with the goal of letting people collaboratively manage & listen to a single music queue in real-time.
This was when I perfected the Vuetify + Vue + containerized ASP.NET Core stack that I love to this day. I ran out of steam designing the backend API, but I would love to pick this project up again some day!
When I was taking my Human-Computer Interactions course for my CS degree, I used the Jam Rooms concept as my case study, which involved diving into user personas, making wireframes and storyboards, and conducting user research with a prototype.
